Not happy with your WASSCE 2026 result? How to ask for a remark
Published 28 October 2026 by the Sabi team.
Yes, you can ask for your WASSCE 2026 script to be remarked. You apply through your school, within 60 days of the release of results on 27 October 2026, and a fee applies. This comes from the Minister of Basic and Senior Secondary Education, who posted it on 28 October 2026.
How do I apply for a WASSCE remark?
Go to your school. The application goes through the school, not straight from you. Ask them for the form and how much the fee is.
What is the deadline?
60 days from the release of results. Results came out on 27 October 2026. Ask your school for the exact last day, and do not leave it late.
Is there a fee?
Yes. The Minister's post says a fee applies. It does not give the amount, so ask your school.
What if my result was withheld?
Then you wait. The Minister's post says the council will decide after its investigation. 47,454 results were withheld this year for suspected malpractice.
